1.Collaborate with sales team to plan and complete technical exchange with local customers, train clients and set forth detailed technical solutions etc.
2.Hold customer trainings face-to-face and online, create and manage local technical documentation, establish a knowledge data base, and represent Hoymiles in exhibitions.
3.Analyze legal technical requirements and certifications for defined countries and drive execution of agreed and required certificates.
4.Monitor market environment and gather Technology intelligence from competitors. Analyze product and features of competitors regular and work closely with HQ team to finish the competitive analysis.
5.Strong support to sales team, visit clients and project sites, support system planning and give guidance to PV system installations, service strategy implementation etc.
6.Maintain the service level and fulfill the service request coming from local customer especially some of our VIP customer.
7.Lead the negotiation with local service partner including 3rd party service company, logistic and warehouse vendor, manage the contract with local service partner including but not limited to draft, re-new, termination.
8.Follow RMA process to make sure they will be closed on-time.
9.Responsible for developing solutions to optimize the local service quality including technical guidance, service respond time, spare unit pool management, faulty unit disposal, total costs.

Required experience and competence:
